Welcome to the Colorado Restaurant Association Education Foundation’s (CRAEF) website. Established in 1987, the CRAEF’s mission as a Colorado non-profit educational fund is the training of all individuals in the foodservice industry and those individuals coming into the industry with full and equal opportunity to:
- Attract and provide education for individuals coming into the foodservice and hospitality industry
- Award scholarships to encourage professional development
- Provide industry education and training to encourage such career goals
The CRAEF’s strategy is led by a 21 member volunteer Board of Directors, and execution of that strategy and day-to-day operations are managed by two full-time staff people.
